Elikayo Care Services offers personal and functional care tailored to the needs of the service users. The care services are aimed towards older people, those with a disability and people who need assistance due to illness to enable them to continue living in their own homes and community.
At Elikayo Care Services we try to give service users, their carers/ relatives, and professionals, who support them daily respect and dignity. It is our view that by empowering a service user support network, we give them the opportunity to have a strong stable network of support that they can rely on.
It is also our belief that service users have a right to expect good service. However, we recognise that we may not always get it right but, in such cases, we will ensure that things are rectified, and the right procedures are followed. We review our policies regularly to ensure that this reflects the changing needs Furthermore, we recognise that complaints and suggestions are an effective channel for ensuring that quality, effective and appropriate services and provided to all service user
It is clearly understood that the Care Services supplied must be polite, in a customer focussed manner; by this we mean that our service will be dealing providing trained care staff with high integrity and good customer services, working in a person-centred manner.
We employ staffs who are skilled and competent in dealing with adults with complex care needs, learninig disability, adult with dementia. It is essential for us that we ensure that all staff are trained in the following: Manuel Handling, Safeguarding, Health and Safety etc.
At Elikayo Care Service we also provide bank staff to enable covering any holidays an annual leave when require. As well as trained backup Staff, holiday periods for regular staff are always staggered to ensure that there is always continuity of service on Care Site.
